Luxury For Less policy
Please know that all luxury shoes and purses are pre ordered. All preordered items are top quality dupes, that come with boxes and green tags. Our standard preorder shipping rate will take 2-4 weeks (business days only) to be shipped out. Our express preorders shipping rate will take 1-2 weeks (business days only) to be shipped out. Please note that all items are coming from across the country from our supplier so shipping takes longer. We also want you to keep in mind that we are still in a worldwide pandemic that may affect shipments being delivered on time. (if we expect any delays you will be notified) So once we receive your order we will then send you a notification or message with your tracking number attached. Once you receive your tracking number then your order will take 2-4 business days to be delivered! Also when purchasing with us you agree to our terms. On hand items
On hand items are items that consist of clothing, hats, sets, slippers and more! These items are shipped within 1-2 business days. We also do sell products in person so if we do sell out of an item after you purchased you will be sent a email or text message stating the item sold out and you will be refunded! Also we do not allow refunds for any of our products. We only allow exchanges. If you have any questions about your order please email us Armanideluxe@outlook.com
Disputes/charge backs/lost packages
All disputes will be handled with proof and information. Also if your order is a flagged order or information seems sketchy we will notify you and ask for more information. if we do not recieve a response we will cancel the order immediately. This is for the protection of our small business and to keep chargebacks and disputes at a minimum. Also we do not have control of your order once it is in the hands of UPS or USPS. If you feel that your package is lost we ask that you notify us and also the shipping carrier as well. They will open an investigation and let you know if they can find the package or not. If your package is lost you will then be sent a refund once they are given all information.
Refund and Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or do returns for PREORDERED items only! Once we receive your order, your order is already placed with our supplier and will be shipped to us shortly. Canceling your order will make it harder for us as we are a small business and we have so many orders that we place with our supplier. So by purchasing with us you agree to these conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges
In order to start an exchange the item must not be worn or damaged.
